Empowering Communities is seeking to appoint a range of tenant/resident Mystery Shoppers (paid position) to add to our already growing register.
The purpose of Mystery Shopping is to examine how organisational policies and procedures are translated into actual customer service provision. In other words, it focuses on the customers’ experience, in this instance with Housing Services.
No experience necessary!
We are looking for enthusiastic, honest, and reliable individuals who live in a Housing Executive or Housing Association home or estate who are interested in working with us to carry out mystery shopping exercises for social housing providers. Your role could be instrumental in improving services for all tenants.
How to apply:
Please send an email and outline why you are interested in becoming a Mystery Shopper to Sheenagh McNally at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will then be invited to have an informal meeting with us to discuss your experience and skills. If you are selected, we will provide you with a Mystery Shopping induction session that will give you the tools and information required.
If you would like to discuss further or want to ascertain whether this opportunity is for you, please do not hesitate to contact Sheenagh on 028 3834 2792.
