Self-Employed Associates

 

As part of our business growth, Empowering Communities is seeking to appoint a range of self-employed associates across Northern Ireland to be part of our register.

Presently, Empowering Communities works on a project by project basis with its member organisations, therefore your role as a self-employed associate would be on a project by project basis also.

We are interested in creating a register of people with specific interests, skills, and experience in the following areas:

  • Training, with a focus on Tenant Participation, Tenant Scrutiny, Digital Inclusion, and/or Community Development
  • Community Development approaches and facilitation
  • Project Management and Research

Mystery Shoppers

 

Empowering Communities is seeking to appoint a range of tenant/resident Mystery Shoppers (paid position) to add to our already growing register.

The purpose of Mystery Shopping is to examine how organisational policies and procedures are translated into actual customer service provision. In other words, it focuses on the customers’ experience, in this instance with Housing Services.

No experience necessary!

We are looking for enthusiastic, honest, and reliable individuals who live in a Housing Executive or Housing Association home or estate who are interested in working with us to carry out mystery shopping exercises for social housing providers. Your role could be instrumental in improving services for all tenants.
